Most of the large eTailers are at it – no direct contact, complete failure to respond, way outside their own contract terms, and the worst: complete disregard for the value of their customers time. As far as I can tell, their stats are dishonestly compiled too – I have never had a response to anything within the mean time they quote by the hour. Its like Mugabe’s democracy – or expecting a fair treatment from BT… and if we are stupid enough to trust them with our money…

Phew – that’s better.
