Companies like Dabs know what the various consumer rights and sales of goods acts are but they continue to breach them on the basis that they assume the majority of consumers have no idea what the law is. I mailed the hardware recorded delivery to the managing director with a covering letter copied to the Trading Standards in Bolton. A refund was forthcoming!
