Wp-Lightbox2-Flickr Update
I made a mistake yesterday with my modified WP-Lightbox2 plugin. I have already noticed on one website that the site owner extracted the plugin to a folder called wp-lightbox2-flickr.
If you have also made this mistake then you need to rename the folder to wp-lightbox2. I have already renamed the folder that is in the archive file so future downloaders should be ok.
I will also try and change the plugin so that it doesn’t matter what the name of the folder is.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Relates to: FAlbum Mashup - Second half
Was testing out the new plugin with IE and noticed that the overlay images for the thumbnails are all misaligned one spot to the right. Works fantastic in FireFox.
I’ll have a look to see if it is something simple that can be fixed, but if its just IE not correctly implementing CSS then I am not going to add an IE specific fix.
But thanks for the feedback, it is appreciated.
Been searching for a wordpress integrated gallery that could use Lightbox. However as I don’t know scripts and codes and being new to wordpress, I wanted to know if you have any step by step instructions on how to activate these?
I have worked on a solution to stop users from clicking on pictures in large gallery of thumbnails before Lightbox has initialised. I would like to send you the code so you can added it to your mashup.
Carlo: I haven’t got any step-by-step instructions per se, the plugins themselves should contain instructions. If you require further instructions please contact me and I’ll be happy to help (see contacts below).
Matthew: Sounds good! Send them over and I’ll take a look.
