ASBO (Anti Spam Behavioural Order)
Notice of sentencing
You are hereby notified that an Anti Spam Behavioural Order has been served against you by the owner of the site that you are trying to contact (http://www.gringod.com). Under the terms of the ASBO you are hereby denied access to the owners site and any future attempts to access the site will result in you being redirected to this notice.
About your ASBO
You have been sentenced to an Anti Spam Behavioural Order (a.k.a. IP Block) due to your insistence on posting spam on my website. ASBOs are not given out lightly and you should therefore consider this a last resort punishment. ASBOs are normally reserved for offenders that repeatedly demonstrate a disregard for the liberties allowed to them by the owner of the site that is serving the ASBO.
Terms of ASBO
Under the terms of your ASBO you are hereby deny the right of access to the domain owners website. Any attempt at accessing the site will result in the offender being directed to this ASBO directive. The recipient of the ASBO will not be allowed access to the site until such time as the owner of the site decides otherwise. All access to the owners site will be restricted by the use of an Apache .htaccess style IP Deny Directive.
Right of Appeal
As with all judicial sentencing there may occur instances in which an ASBO is incorrectly served. If you believe you have been incorrectly sentenced to an ASBO you may appeal to the site owners probation service in the hope of getting your ASBO lifted... and possibly a public apology posted on the owners website. The site owners probation service can be contacted at the address given below.
