    Sorry for the url and the creative commons logo on the photo but it seems that someone has not been honouring the Creative Commons license.

    I am quite happy to allow people to use my work (in most instances) for free, however I do require credit to be given where credit is due.

    A certain person has, however been using this image as the background for a MySpace website without telling me or linking to me. Not only are they breaking the copyright license but they are also stealing my bandwidth.

    I’ve not stopped them from using the image, but they have now got the Creative Commons logo and the url to my website all over their own website. :)
