I gave my sister £70 to deliver to the Guernsey Bailiff’s fund for victims of the Asian tsunami. I know that in the totality of things it isn’t much but I have given what I can.

Have you?

I was wondering how on earth my £70 could help those on the other side of the world, but having looked up images on the NASA Earth Observatory website I was beginning to think maybe I should be giving more.

Still not sure why you should give? Why not check out the Guardian website. You can even donate through their site.

Not sure you trust the Guardian to keep your credit card details? Then why not donate through Amazon to the British Red Cross.

Even Google has a list of way to help.

Still not giving? Well, there’s nothing more I can do to help you.
