Tonight I shall finally be receiving my RYA Day Skipper award. I theory I’m now capable of skippering a boat in coastal waters… I think I stick with being crew for the time being!

Also, as I’ve said before, my Mojavi Builder tool seems to be going down well with the Mojavi community. There have been a few little creases to smooth out but then I am only a human developer and can’t forsee every possibility, and haven’t even tried to. Development continues….

I’ve found this news item about The World that is anchored off Guernsey:

The World has returned. After a maiden vsit in 2002 – the year it first set sail – the floating luxury resort community is spending two nights moored outside St Peter Port Harbour en route from France to Southampton. With 150 apartments and studios, the 644ft vessel is like a giant private yacht – residents decide which destinations to visit. James St John, president of ResidenSea, which manages the ship for the holding company that owns it, said that the return trip to Guernsey was scheduled after a successful first visit.
